Everything goes through one inbox: [email protected]. It's the only official way to reach us. We don't run support on any platform, won't DM you out of the blue, and will never ask you for a password, seed phrase or verification code. Anyone claiming to be "GUBIDAO support" and asking for those is a scammer — block them.

Corrections

If you spot a factual error in an article — a wrong number, a mechanism explained backwards, a misused term, a dead link — we'd genuinely like to hear about it. Please include which article, which paragraph, and what you think the correct version is, with a source if you have one. Once we've verified it, we'll fix it and log the change in the corrections page. On a topic like crypto, one error pointed out is worth far more than a polite note, and we treat it that way.

Partnerships

For media collaboration, content licensing or business inquiries, also write to [email protected], and say what it's about in the subject line so we can sort it. One thing to be upfront about: this site's only revenue is exchange referrals (see "Where the money comes from" on the about page). We don't take paid placements, don't sell on-site recommendation slots, and won't talk up a project against our judgment for a deal. That's the line — said plainly, to save us both time.

Reader questions

If you have a beginner crypto question, you can write in too. We'll try to answer, but please understand two things: one, we're small, so we can't promise a timely reply to every email; two, we can't and won't give advice tailored to you personally — questions like "should I buy now" or "can I chase this coin" only you can answer, based on your own situation. What we can help with is making a concept or a risk clear, so you can judge for yourself.

Response time

We're not a 24/7 support team. We work through emails in the order they arrive, usually within a few business days. For anything urgent or involving account security, contact Binance's official support first — don't wait on us. We aren't Binance, and we can't touch your account.
